If you feel that you need to place a formal complaint, the Dental Council of PEI provides a fair process to resolve complaints about a dentist. Governed by the Regulated Health Professions Act, they are a separate organization mandated to protect the safety of the public.

Please note, the Dental Association of PEI is not involved in the regulation of the profession and does not accept complaints about dentists.
